Desabilitar codigo PIN Windows 10 - Windows Hello

1. Remove existing PIN

Delete the following folder: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC\

2. Disable Windows Hello (disables PIN, Face, whatever sigin prompt and setup)
