I am unable to use Office Onedrive for Business to sync files in an additional sharepoint library after installing the Windows 10 Creators Update on my Surface pro 4. When I try to run the app, it keeps crashing and won’t start up. Sometimes Onedrive quits by itself after a few seconds and then restarts in this cycle. I could not change any configuration to troubleshoot it on my tablet.
It seems that the Office Document Cache files have got corrupted during the Windows 10 Creators Update process, and that causes the OneDrive for Business crashes and can’t work normally. You could try the methods to perform repair.
Note: you’d better Backup all Personal OneDrive local folder before begin the process.

%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
and click OK button to execute it. The OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area at the right of the taskbar disappears. After two or one minute(s), it will re-appear in the taskbar and the resetting process is finished.

%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\15.0\OfficeFileCache
and also remove everything there. They are all the Onedrive temp files. This step will take a while to empty out the OfficeFileCache.
Once all steps have been done, start Microsoft OneDrive for Business, re-establish ODB sync for your library, and everything should work and sync correctly.
